PS Plus 2A Plus for offenders. A minus for offending.Following the success of Prison Service Plus, a £27 Million joint funded European Social Fund/ HM Prison Service initiative aimed at improving offender employability, an additional bid for further funding was supported by the newly formed National Offender Management Service. This new project, entitled PS Plus 2, is a £60 Million project covering 53,000 offenders in 41 prison establishments.
